We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented *Import Export Executive (MIB)* to manage and expand our international trade operations. The role involves *sourcing potential international buyers and suppliers, handling **import-export documentation, ensuring **regulatory compliance, and driving **business development* in the global agri-commodity sector.
Identify and develop potential international buyers* for Indian pulses, grains, and rice to expand export opportunities.
• *Source reliable overseas suppliers* for high-quality agricultural commodities at competitive prices for import into India.
• Manage end-to-end *import and export documentation*, including shipping bills, invoices, BL, COO, LC, etc.
• Coordinate with *freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, and customs authorities* for smooth logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with *DGFT, EXIM, and customs regulations* and maintain all statutory records.

Master’s in International Business (MIB) or MBA (International Trade/Logistics/Supply Chain).
• *Preferred candidates* with relevant *import/export experience in pulses, grains, and rice*.
• Minimum *2–5 years of experience* in import/export operations, preferably in FMCG or agri-commodity sectors.
• Sound knowledge of *INCOTERMS, international trade documentation, and global market dynamics*.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in *MS Office, Tally/ERP systems*, and export-import online portals (DGFT, ICEGATE, etc.).
