We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager / ASM (Zonal Head – HoReCa) to lead, develop, and execute business expansion strategies across multiple channels — HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés), Modern Trade, Corporate Sales, and Institutional Sales.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG brand building, team leadership, and strategic sales management, with the ability to create systems, processes, and teams to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for HoReCa, modern trade, and institutional channels.
Build and manage a sales team — including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Establish and strengthen sales systems, processes, and reporting mechanisms for efficient channel operations.
Drive sales growth for FMCG food products such as rice, atta, pulses, and other food items.
Identify and onboard new HoReCa clients, corporate customers, branded retail outlet

Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration.
8–15 years of experience in FMCG / Food industry sales, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or zonal role.
Proven track record in HoReCa, modern trade, and institutional sales.
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution, channel management, and team building.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to design and implement sales systems and operational processes.
Must be target-driven, strategic, and self-motivated.
Job Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan
Salary: ₹6–10 Lakh per annum + Attractive Incentives (for Premium Brand)
