Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and results-oriented Head of Enterprise Sales to drive our B2B business across India. The incumbent will be responsible for leading corporate sales of our product portfolio including Printers, Thermal Printers, Kiosks, Smart Solutions, AIDC and Alliance partner products.

This senior leadership role will focus on direct enterprise engagement with customers across FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Restaurant Chains, Manufacturing, Smart City projects, and other high-growth sectors. The position requires a proven sales leader with expertise in solution selling, enterprise account management, and building long-term client partnerships to deliver sustained revenue growth.

Strong expertise in B2B/Enterprise Sales with a proven record of winning and growing large corporate accounts.

Experience in selling Printers, Thermal Printers, Kiosks, or related smart hardware solutions.

Excellent CXO-level engagement, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.

Strategic thinker with an execution-driven mindset.

Ability to build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Engineering / IT / Business; MBA preferred.

15+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Strong exposure to sectors such as FMCG, Retail, Logistics, Restaurant Chains, Manufacturing, and Smart Cities.

Proven success in direct B2B sales
