We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the complete Human Resources function of our company. This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving HR strategies, managing compliance, ensuring employee engagement, and aligning HR operations with organizational goals.
Lead the HR department and manage all HR activities company-wide.
Oversee recruitment & selectionto ensure timely onboarding of quality talent.
Ensure statutory compliancewith labor laws and related regulations.
Manage Industrial Relations (IR)and maintain a healthy work environment.
Administer payroll, attendance, and leave management systems.
Develop and implement employee welfare programs and engagement initiatives.
Maintain accurate HR reports and data for management review.
Provide strategic inputs to management on organizational development.
