Bending Machine Programmer
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Bending Machine Programmer to join our Mechanical Factory team in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming and operating bending machines in accordance with engineering drawings, ensuring precision, quality, and timely output.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC Bending / Press Brake Machines.
- Set up machines and select appropriate Punch, Die & Tooling.
- Read and interpret engineering and sheet metal drawings.
- Set and adjust bending parameters, back gauge, angle, pressure, and stroke.
- Perform trial/first-piece inspection and make necessary adjustments.
- Check dimensions and bend angles using Vernier Calliper and other measuring instruments.
- Achieve production targets while minimizing rejection and rework.
- Identify and resolve common bending and machine-related issues.
- Maintain machine, production, and program records.
- Follow Safety, 5S, PPE, and Quality procedures

- UG Graduation - B.E/B.Tech, - Mechanical,
- Diploma - Diploma, - Mechanical Engineering,
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, Sheet Metal, Production, or related trade.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in CNC Press Brake / Bending Machine operation.
Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on knowledge of Bending Machine programming and machine setup.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of bend allowance, bend deduction, K-factor, spring-back, and bend sequence will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and dimensional inspection.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required
