Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide on-site technical support to clients, troubleshoot product issues, and ensure smooth operations for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site technical support for product-related and technical issues.
Diagnose and resolve electrical maintenance problems at client locations.
Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical components such as motors, switches, starters, AC/inverter connectors, and power loads.
Handle customer complaints, conduct site visits, and offer effective solutions.
Travel across industrial areas, client sites, and factories as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
-OR-ITI Electrical certification with 6-10 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required:
Strong practical knowledge of electrical connections, motors, switches, starters, and power loads.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Willingness to travel frequently for on-site client support.
