Production Head- Electronics
Job Description
Must have good academic background with thorough grasp of engineering
fundamentals and knowledge of Sheet Metal, PCBA, Electro-mechanical production.
Implementation knowledge of ISO, Environment, Health & Safety standards is essential.
Technical exposure/skill:
Rich and quality exposure in Manufacturing in addition to the areas of:
• New plant & machinery planning & execution
• Production Plan and Management System
• Production Resource planning and Management
• Practical knowledge for ensuring all regulatory compliances.
• Production process management including lean manufacturing & batch production.
• Production KPIs & Dashboards
• Evaluation of new product and sign off prior to launch of volume production.
• Analysis of root cause and developing counter measure
• Suggest and implement countermeasures to reduce production waste.

Qualifications & Education
- UG Graduation - B.E/B.Tech, - Electrical, Electronics/Telecommunication, Mechanical,
- PG Graduation - MBA, - Production & Operations Management,
Desired Candidate Profile
B Tech from good engineering institute in /Mechanical/ Electronics /Industrial or
production with MBA in Production/ Operations management. Good working Knowledge of standard Production machinery in Sheet Metal, PCB
Assembly, Cable Assembly & Product integration, and testing. Special exposure to
contract manufacturing of Electro-mechanical products.
Core competency areas:

• Good communication & leadership skills
• Problem solving and decision making.
• A positive mind and attitude for Continuous Improvement
Experience: Minimum of 20 to 25 years of experience in the relevant area / industry.
Age group: 40 years & above
