Job Summary: As a Front Office Executive at Hospital, you will be the first point of contact for
patients, visitors, and other stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent
customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations at the
front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, providing
assistance and information as needed.
2. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department
or staff member.
3. Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely
access to healthcare services.
4. Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the
hospital management system.
5. Verify patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments or other fees as required.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in healthcare
administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact
effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and
accuracy.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with
electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations and handle
emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as
needed.
