Job Summary:
As the Human Resource Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all
aspects of human resources within the organization. From ensuring compliance
with statutory regulations to fostering a positive work environment and promoting
employee development, you will be instrumental in shaping our organization's
success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and standards.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and implement necessary
adjustments to policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to address compliance issues and mitigate
risks effectively.
2. Labor Management:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to uphold fair and
equitable treatment of employees.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and onboarding.
-Manage employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary
actions, and conflict resolution.

- Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or
related field.
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role in a manufacturing
environment, preferably in the edible oil industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office suite.
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
