Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Co- ordinate in monitor the departmental activities and advisory on functional aspects to department staff and workers.
Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses and ensure accurate records.
Recording of various costs for the imported consignments and local consignments in CRM.
Reconciliation with Accounts and Excise on monthly basis for Purchase and credit availed.
Maintaining the department quality systems. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Generation of various MIS for the stores department including regular reports on store performance, sales, and other relevant metrics.
Co-ordinate with Excise department in making various MIS.
Co-ordinate in getting the departmental audit of Excise and Service tax.
Recording and generating of various of Service Tax Credit recd. From HO, Branches & Udaipur.
