Mandatory skills – Guidelines for screening the candidates
Mandate 1.Have >5 years’ experience working with industrial mineral industry/paints & coatings Industry preferably Decorative water based coatings
2.To sell minerals/ extenders into the paints and coating, printing inks, organic pigments industries
3.Should have worked with a reputed paint company/MNC speciality chemical distribution company (look at DKSH, Connell Bros, Brenntag, IMCD and others similar) id
candidates has to approach to top manufacturing of chemical products like, soap, detergent, pharma, iron, fertilizer etc
candidate should have prior experience of mineral selling'
must have good command on chemical and chemistry
excellent in English communication

Science Graduate with excellent communication skills having prior experience in Chemical and mineral sales
Map and understand India Coatings & Ink/pigment market & requirements
Develop and grow sales volume, revenue and profitability in these applications
Increase market knowledge, identify new technical / commercial opportunities, and support (strategic) growth initiatives
Must be able to handle & convert all types of customers – from large Tier 1 down to the small unorganised sector Tier 3 players
Managing & further developing existing business
Technical support to existing customers, should be able to work closely with customer’s purchase & R&D teams to identify their needs and lead the company in securing the business
OTIF support to existing & new customers for existing & newly developed products
Sampling, Qualification, Trials planning with customers
Reaching out & developing Tier 2 & 3 Medium & Small paints customers
Working with internal cross functional team for customer
