Desired Candidate Profile:
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting and industrial maintenance.
Hands-on experience with Ball Mill and mineral processing equipment.
Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, gearbox, pump, and conveyor systems.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical breakdowns efficiently.
Good understanding of industrial safety practices.
Ability to work independently and under production deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
ITI (Fitter) is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Ball Mill, Mineral Processing, Cement, Mining, or Heavy Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of heavy industrial equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Male candidates aged 35–40 years are preferred.
